I am OBSESSED! I have always been into the idea of shaving my face, having that super smooth feeling and allowing my products to sink in better and makeup lay better.... but when I originally tried professional dermaplaning, my skin was very sensitive to it and did not react very well. Considering that happened with professional services, I definitely was not about to try buying a facial razor and do it myself..:( So, suffice to say I was bummed that the face shaving option seemed to be out of the question for my skin...thenn ENTERS THE HOT SHAVE RAZOR! For $25, this kit is a no f*cking brainer. I am clearly a complete face shaving rookie and it was SO easy to use and I cannot believe how soft my face is (like babys butt status people). I swear my facial dryness has also improved because now my products can really soak into my skin. Not to mention my makeup, WOAH! Big difference. I have even been recieving so many compliments on my makeup recently and the only thing I've done differently was starting to use this razor on my face!!! I love everything about the Hot Shave Razor from its cute packaging and aesthetic, to how extremely user friendly it is. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! *Especially for those new to face shaving like I was and is curious to try, but also might be anxious about giving it a shot. This razor is the one for you!!!! I’ve used many different types of face razors and I’ve always been so disappointed at how they interact with my sensitive skin. This is the only razor that hasn’t broken me outs! I’ve given this three uses so far and every time my skin is so smooth and dewy after. If you’ve struggled in the past with other razors give this one a try before you give up hope!!

This is a good razor, especially in combination with the shave cream. However, I do have some areas for potential improvement. I'm on my second razor as my first one broke off where you place the razor blade. I like the idea of replaceable blades, but I think the current mechanism could be improved. My second one seems good so far, but again, I believe the way the blade loads could be improved. Sometimes when shaving the blade easily pops off. But, it does give a great shave leaving incredibly smooth skin. I love the aesthetic and feel of the product in my hand. I also own and love all the other TSC products and can't wait to gift to others.
