By taping your mouth shut you’re forced to breathe through your nose. When you’re awake you can consciously make an effort to breathe through your nose but it’s hard to do that when you’re sleeping. The Skinny Confidential mouth tape does that for you.

What if I feel like I can’t breathe?

Try to relax. Take long deep breaths, in and out through your nose. Your body was made for nasal breathing. In fact, nasal breathing promotes relaxation. But, if you’re ever too uncomfortable, remove the tape. Take baby steps. It takes some getting used to.

Should I wear mouth tape if I have a cold?

Again, do what you feel comfortable with, but nasal breathing encourages less mucus production and oral bacteria. However, if you’re really stuffed up, we recommend taking a break from mouth taping and resuming when you feel better.

Works wonders but need help!
I 100% cannot believe I’ve lived without mouth tape before. I gave it a shot and LOVE IT. My sleep quality is outrageously different within just four uses. Perks that I wake up still feeling like I have fresh breathe from nighttime teeth brushing. I do have some concerns about the after effect from the tape part. It’s been leaving a bit os residue which easily comes off after rubbing it off, however the marks are a bit longer lasting. This is a picture from 3 hours after taking off. I don’t have sensitive skin at all, but it seems to be consistent these first few tries. Any suggestions would be helpful!

So worth it!
These don’t leave any irritation when I pull them off in morning and they don’t hurt it’s amazing!! My face looks less “puffy” because my jawline looks sharpe!!

Sleep better and sculpt your face?!
I love how easy it is to use. I love that it’s cute (wouldn’t expect anything less from Lauryn). And I love that I can even drink from my water bottle straw through the hole. That’s right, if you’re afraid of not being able to breathe, don’t be! The breathing hole is big enough to mouth breathe and drink water if you need to, but the whole point is to breath through your nose. I recently started using a CPAP machine as well and I use it with this tape every night!
