How To Use
- Use your Butter Brush as the first step in your bathing routine.
- Starting at the feet, use short, quick strokes moving upwards towards the heart.
- Continue to brush the entire body this way, using medium pressure on arms and legs, and lighter pressure on the torso, thighs, and neck. carry on with your shower.
- After showering, lather on your favorite oil, then press the lymph nodes on the back of your knees and under your armpits 5 times to optimize your body for detoxification.

- Repeat each stroke 5 times per body part.
