MOUTH TAPE

It is as cute as it is efficient! I totally noticed a huge improvement in my sleep throughout the night and with my energy level in the morning when I wear my mouth tape. I also love the slit and being able to still talk and drink water before bed, also love the option of moving it on my lip if I really want to shut my mouth up for the night. If you are new to mouth taping, it is the BEST one to try to ease you into it. Once you start mouth taping, you literally won't be able to go without it. Better yet, get a subscription so you don't have to stress about ever running out :)

I love love love this product I subscribed to it even before trying it. And I am so glad that I did! I am so used to sleeping with my mouth tape that on the days I don’t I feel weird lol. I love that it helps me sleep along side my moon juice magnesium, that’s my nightly routine.

After wearing it for a whole night, I don't have those annoying headaches when I wake up, and my mouth (inside) is less dry which would reduce the risk of plaque over time. But I can't get past the fact that it also dries out my lips and skin around my mouth. I use a combination of oil serums + a layer of a very rich Tata Harper moisturizer on my skin (also around my lips) AND a thick layer of tallow-based lip moisturizer. It's actually very surprising that the tape sticks to that and stays on. It's very comfortable when I fall asleep and I can feel my skincare "doing its thing" underneath the tape. The issue is that I wake up very early in the morning (around 5 AM) because of slightly burning discomfort. I don't believe it's an allergy, I don't have any signs of irritation (it's also not an issue to remove it - with a face mist). What I experience is more like extreme dehydration with a sensation of sunburn on my lips, also similar to what your lips would feel like after a very long flight while being dehydrated... There's some glue residue after taking it off. If TSC team has any tips, I would be interested in hearing those out. I had to skip my next subscription because I don't know how I feel about it. I like what it does for me, I feel there would be more benefits down the road. I like the little opening that allows me to talk, and how cute it looks.. I don't want to use one of those tapes that would make me look like I'm participating in a silent street protest.
