I'm hooked
I'm no scientist, but taping my mouth to sleep has been a an optimiser for me! The design is perfect and lovely and the tiny open space allows me to grab a sip of water if I need and not feel like I'm completely cut off from all air.

Love love love
Literally can not live w/o my mouth tape now. Even if I fall asleep without it, if I wake up throughout the night, on it goes! It’s been months and I love love love it! got to tape my mouth shut !
ok but this has sooo helped me have more energy in the morning. i have low thyroid and 2 hour work commute and used to have so much trouble staying awake on the road. the tsc mouth tape has made a significant different in how rested I feel when I wake up. ty ty!
