MOUTH TAPE REFILL

I have been using this mouth tape for about 3 months (or more) & I absolutely see a difference not only in my sleep, but my FACE! It’s so true, it snatches the jaw. The difference is insane. Absolutely love and I have told everyone about it. After about 2 months I got my husband on it & he also loves! Couldn’t recommend more. First pic (in the khaki jacket) was in November right before I started using it. Picture on the right was taken in February. Just to preface, I haven’t lost any weight at all- simply a change in SLEEPING IN MY MOUTH TAPE!

I'm no scientist, but taping my mouth to sleep has been a an optimiser for me! The design is perfect and lovely and the tiny open space allows me to grab a sip of water if I need and not feel like I'm completely cut off from all air.

Literally can not live w/o my mouth tape now. Even if I fall asleep without it, if I wake up throughout the night, on it goes! It’s been months and I love love love it! My sleep is so much better and my jaw line is jaw lining. 😂 Being on the subscription is also a game changer. I never need to worry about it getting sold out!

ok but this has sooo helped me have more energy in the morning. i have low thyroid and 2 hour work commute and used to have so much trouble staying awake on the road. the tsc mouth tape has made a significant different in how rested I feel when I wake up. ty ty!
