What a treat!
I love using this to sculpt my waist and smooth out the skin on my legs and bum. I find it relaxing but sometimes it also hurts in a good way if you have muscle soreness, so it acts like a massage tool.

one of a kind
this is an absolutely ideal shape and edge, thickness and grip to alleviate usage of the upper body in relieving tension in the lower body. Self-massage is difficult to achieve without simply moving the tension elsewhere, I find. Full lower body gua sha 2x weekly and daily AM abdominal massage (sometimes a PM) has made a difference, from the day I got her in the mail. The foam is so reusable, and too cute to throw out. The only single thing I would say is that somehow I feel embarrassed by the brand name, something I’ve never dealt with and I love promoting products I love, but I feel the language… it would alienate a lot of my friends. So I’m gatekeeping for now……….

Belongs in barbie dream house !!!
Pricey but fun! Definitely a Nice-To-Have if you have some extra funds to romanticize the day and your routine. I feel a huge difference in my energy and muscle soreness when I use it. I like to put my legs up on the wall and lay with my back against the floor and use it that way to habit stack. Sometimes a step further and I’ll do it in the sauna!
