DO I USE THIS IN THE MORNING OR AT NIGHT?

You can use it at any time of day, but we recommend it first thing in the morning, before your morning coffee or tea. It’s important for you to hydrate properly and get a good balance of minerals so your body is ready for the day ahead.

CAN I MIX IT WITH HOT WATER?

Yes you can mix it into any temperature of water except boiling hot. Cold and warm water is fine.

CAN I MIX THIS WITH MY OTHER SUPPLEMENTS?

Yes. We made our Beauty Water unflavored to keep the formula as clean as possible and so that you can add it to any drink of your choice.

HOW DOES BEAUTY WATER WORK?

Electrolytes: can support muscles, heart health, blood pressure and nerve function with a combination of calcium, magnesium, sodium and potassium. Hydrate properly and balance out fluid retention too.

Perfect addition to my morning matcha latte
I have seen improvement in my skin nails and hair already !! I use it every morning after my workout in my matcha oat latte! I cannot say enough that it blends well into water , smoothie or latte ; there’s minimal taste which I appreciate!

Great product
I’m a sucker for clean supplements and I found this one to be quite unique and innovative. I love the fact that it combines three types of supplements I already take into one…the convenience and the great ingredients are the things I love about Beauty Salt, not a fan of the packaging but I can look past that. The taste is mild but I like to mix it in with something.

All in one
I enjoy the ease of this because it has multiple benefits in one product, so you don’t have to stack it with other things. I personally enjoy it in lemon water, coffee or a smoothie. I definitely feel hydrated after!
